NC State Representatives

Locate your legislators with this easy to use tool from ACFC.

Write to your representatives – tell them Shared Parenting is just plain common sense. Tell them we need their help to change North Carolina law so that in Family Court, Shared Parenting becomes a “legal presumption,” which means that judges must presume by default that both parents should be maximally involved with their children in the event of divorce (absent child abuse, abandonment or neglect). This is the best interest for our children.
